The Evergreen Project

"We can't wait until Election Season to start organizing!"

We’re so excited to announce the Evergreen Project: a brand new Maine Dems initiative designed to support efforts to show up in Maine communities and engage with voters year-round. This project will deploy field organizers all across the state to work in communities and engage voters all year long, not just at election time. We’ll be helping keep Maine blue and having meaningful conversation with folks from all corners of Maine. We will also be able to identify new opportunities to elect Democrats up and down the ballot by bringing even more Mainers into the democratic process and empowering them to run for office.

We want to hit the ground running, but we need volunteers to make this project a success. We need Democrats in communities across Maine to sign up, get connected with your friends and neighbors, and start organizing now, so that we can win in November 2022, 2024, and beyond. An initiative like the Evergreen Project requires contributions from supporters like you to pay for staff, events, and digital organizing tools.
