COLLINS MUST ANSWER: Does She Regret Voting For $70 Billion In Funding For ICE With No Guardrails?

Augusta, ME – Today, as Susan Collins pays a visit to a defense contractor in Biddeford, she must answer to the Biddeford community about whether she regrets voting for $70 billion in funding for ICE with no guardrails.

Misha Linnehan, spokesperson for the Maine Democratic Party, released the following statement:

“As the Biddeford community continues to grieve the loss of Johan Sebastian Guerrero, they will not forget that Susan Collins voted to give ICE $70 billion with no guardrails. Mainers deserve a Senator who will try to keep Maine communities safe – not one who gave an unaccountable federal agency the tools to terrorize our state.”
