Maine Democrats count 23 such judicial nominees supported by Trump returned to office.
Collins cast a tie-breaking vote for Matthew Byrne of Ohio who has reportedly been affiliated with anti-abortion groups and opposes abortion except to protect the life of a pregnant woman.
