Dan is serving his second term in the Maine House of Representatives, where he serves as the House Chair of the Taxation Committee. Before entering public service, he spent 35 years in book publishing in scientific and technical disciplines for professionals and college students. Dan lives in Kennebunk with his wife and four generations of Dan’s family live here on the Maine seacoast, including his two young grandsons and their parents. Dan is devoted to creating a fairer and more prosperous Maine for their generations as well as his own, and for many generations to come. In the Maine House, Dan has worked to strengthen education, bring down costs, and help neighbors not just get by, but get ahead. He’s running for the Maine Senate to be a champion for York County families, fighting to ensure every Mainer can live, work, and age with grace in our state.
