Augusta, Maine — Tonight, Democrats secured a critical victory in House District 94. Scott Harriman’s victory is a win for working families both in the district and across Maine. 

Maine Democratic Party executive director Devon Murphy-Anderson released the following statement:

“Tonight’s win is a testament to the strength of our Party’s grassroots organizing. Thanks to our boots on the ground and hard working volunteers, voters in Lewiston showed up and delivered. They chose leadership focused on lowering costs, strengthening public schools, and fighting for working families.

“This victory ensures that the Maine House can remain focused on delivering real results for Maine families — not political games. This win didn’t happen by accident. We left it all on the field. With this wind behind our backs, Democrats are organized, motivated, and ready for the fights ahead.”
