Augusta, ME – A new mailer from Elon Musk’s America PAC tells Maine voters to vote for Collins because she will rubber-stamp a “conservative Supreme Court.” The mailer comes as Susan Collins has said she has no regrets about voting for the justices who overturned Roe v. Wade.

In response to the revelations of the new mailer, Misha Linnehan, spokesperson for the Maine Democratic Party, released the following statement:

“Elon Musk and the MAGA billionaires backing Susan Collins are saying the quiet part out loud – a vote for Collins is a vote for more of Trump’s anti-abortion Supreme Court justices. As Samuel Alito mulls retiring, we cannot send Collins back to Washington to rubber-stamp a radical, Trump-appointed replacement.”
